Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the local mall and took the tram to the city center, which is super easy and quick. The staff were amazing and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was decent, perfect to energize us for the day. Would recommend it for a group getaway!
The check-in process felt a bit rushed, as the staff seemed busy and it lacked warmth. I think a little more personal touch would make a big difference.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The indoor swimming pool was incredibly warm and a fantastic way to unwind after busy days exploring the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely modern design. The location next to the tram line made getting into the city center a breeze. Only downside was the limited seating in common areas, which could enhance comfort.

Clean, spacious rooms with direct tram access to the city. Front desk staff seem overwhelmed during busy check-in times. The gym equipment needs updating. Excellent breakfast options available, but more seating would help. Parking costs are reasonable at £4.

Great spot for family stays!
We had a comfy room with a solid bed and nice shower. The pool was a hit with the kids, though the lobby smells like chlorine. Breakfast was delish but seating took forever. we stood in line for ages. Plus, the train noise was kinda annoying at night. the bar area is right next to a foosball table which is always a bit loud.
